This disclaimer document is designed for websites that publish legal information, but wish to limit their liability (or at least purport to limit their liability) in relation to that information. It can be used as a stand-alone document, or incorporated into the website T&Cs.

The template includes general provisions specifying that the information published on the website does not constitute advice, and that no warranties or representations are give in relation to that information. It also provides that no lawyer-client relationship is created through the use of the website.

The clause covering interactive features on the website can easily be deleted where not relevant.
