This terms of business template was designed for businesses that provide training and tutoring to other businesses. It can be used in relation to a range of different kinds of training and tutoring, whether provided at the premises of the provider or the premises of the customer.
The core obligation of the services provider under these terms of business is to provide training services meeting a defined standard (eg "reasonable care and skill") in accordance with the timetable agreed by the parties. The customer, on the other hand, must pay the agreed charges by the agreed dates.
The terms of business include mechanisms for the rescheduling and cancellation of particular appointments by the provider or the customer.
The download includes, alongside the terms of business, a skeleton statement of work, where customer-specific information can be recorded. Such information might include: the identity of the customer; the minimum period of the agreement; details of the services to be provided and a timetable for service provision; charges and payment terms; and party contact details.
If you will be supplying tutoring services to individuals at home or other consumers rather than businesses, you should not use this document. Consider instead our B2C tutoring agreement document.
