Customers who buy our templates benefit from free technical support in relation to the downloading and use of the templates. Technical support relates to issues that you may experience in downloading, saving and making changes to templates. Use this form to request technical support.

Can I pay for documents over the telephone?

Unfortunately we are not able to take payment over the phone. All purchases should be made on the website.  You can pay by credit or debit card, or using PayPal.

Can I have a copy of the document I purchased in a different format?

We are usually able to accommodate requests to supply documents in standard word processing formats, such as .docx, .doc and .rtf. Please contact us to request alternative formats.

How do I download the document I have purchased?

You can download your templates by following this procedure.

  • Log in to your account on the website (sign in here).
  • Click "Your account" (top right).
  • Click "Order information".
  • Click the invoice number (eg IN999999).
  • There is a download link for each template on this page.

If you are unable to download a document you have purchased for whatever reason, let us know and we will send you a copy by email.

How long do I have to download templates?

Template downloads will be available for a period of 3 months following the date of your purchase.  If you want to download a template you have purchased after the end of this period, please contact us.

Am I entitled to update versions of documents I have purchased?

Yes. If you buy a template, and we update it within a period of 12 months after you buy, you are entitled to a copy of the updated version.

How do I get hold of updated versions of templates?

Contact us, with your name, order number and details of the template in question, to claim a free update.
