Classifieds website terms and conditions

This template is designed for use in relation to websites providing advertising space on a paid basis to businesses and/or consumers. It can also be used in relation to free advertisements offered on a website, although it assumes that at least some advertisements will be subject to payment.

The template is particularly suitable for websites offering classified-style advertisements, but may be easily adapted for other forms of advertising.

As well as all the usual terms and conditions relating to the use of a website, this document includes specific provisions on the form and content of advertisements, payments for advertisements and advertising periods. The website operator is given wide-ranging rights to edit, unpublish and delete advertisements in appropriate circumstances.
