Two different types of T&Cs are included in this digital store pack.
First, the pack contains a set of T&Cs designed to govern the use of an online store. This document regulates the legal relationship between the store operator and individual users in connection with the use of the store, whether or not they purchase anything from the store. It also helps the operator to comply with statutory disclosure obligations relating to the operation of an ecommerce website.
Second, the pack contains a range of different T&Cs designed to cover the sale and licensing of particular types of digital content, such as images or videos. These documents all assumed that the customer will download the digital files to his or her own device(s). The documents are not suitable for use in relation to streaming services.
In addition to the T&Cs, the pack includes a generic privacy and cookies policy to help with data protection compliance.
