Ebook disclaimer

This ebook disclaimer has two main functions. It contains an express licence to use an ebook; and it disclaims or attempts to disclaim a range of liabilities that may arise out of the publication and distribution of an ebook.

The disclaimer for ebooks contains specific provisions dealing with advice, and disclaiming liability in relation to advice. These are particularly important where an ebook includes legal, medical or financial information. It includes optional provisions relating to trade marks reproduced in the ebook, digital rights management and pirated copies of the ebook.
