This terms and conditions template has been designed for UK websites that publish finance-related information (which may include information provided by website users) but do not undertake any activities that are regulated under financial services law, including financial promotions.

The template assumes that the information on the website is provided free of charge, and it is insufficient for websites that charge subscription or other fees.
