Handyman terms and conditions

A handyman can provide a wide range of different services, from decorating to joinery, and from repairs to tiling. This handyman terms and conditions template is drafted with this variability in mind, to cover as many of the handyman-type services as feasible. Flexibility is built into the template. For example, payments may be calculated by reference to an hourly rate, pre-agreed charges, materials costs, price lists, or some combination of these methods. Likewise, optional provisions are included to cover booking arrangements, cancellations, the supply of materials by the handyman, the storage of handyman equipment at the customer's premises, the preparation of the premises by the customer, estimates, and so on.
