This template is short and simple to use. It has been created for cleaners and cleaning services businesses offering services to domestic customers (consumers) as well as businesses.
Like our other cleaning-related T&Cs documents, this template is structured around the idea of individual contracts, which may be a one-off job, a series of jobs, or an ongoing arrangement with no definite end. The document assumes that the scope of the services (i.e. appointment times and cleaning duties) will be agreed elsewhere.
The suggested text includes a clause allowing the service provider to subcontract the provision of the services. You may delete this if it is not necessary or useful.
The document assumes that the cleaning service provider will issue an invoice to the customer. Charges may be paid either upon receipt of the invoice or within a defined period following the issue of the invoice. If charges are not paid on time, services may be suspended, interest may be charged and, ultimately, the contract for cleaning services may be terminated.
