In many marketplaces it is common for business software licences to be bundled with support services. These template software licence and support agreements have been designed for this situation.

As with many of our templates, these documents come in three versions:

  • a basic software licence and support agreement, covering all the key provisions but without any bells and whistles;
  • a standard agreement, which includes everything that is in the basic agreement, but also a range of optional clauses (eg confidentiality provisions, indemnities, acceptance testing procedures); and
  • a premium agreement, which similarly includes everything that is in the standard agreement, but also contains the types of clauses you might expect to find in agreements between larger businesses.
