This tiling services terms and conditions template may be used by a tiling services business to create standard terms and conditions for use with both business and domestic customers.
Under the terms and conditions, the services provider must provide the services (which are specified in a statement of work) to the customer. A range of optional assurances may be given by the services provider to the customer, covering such matters as the standard to which the services are to be provided, the re-performance of services that do not meet that standard, allocation of personnel, compliance with law, estimates and materials. Also included in the terms and conditions are clauses relating to the arrangement and cancellation of particular appointments at which the services will be provided.
The document allows that the services provider may be supplying tiles and other products alongside the services, and includes provisions covering the selection, quality, delivery and installation of such products.
Other provisions in the terms and conditions relate to customer premises, customer co-operation, services provider equipment, charges, timesheets, payments, and cancellations under distance and doorstep selling rules.
